1. Acceptance of Terms

You acknowledge that access to virtual tokens is part of the entertainment experience and does not create a financial or ownership interest.

6. Community Conduct

CanadianCrownCirclee is designed to support enjoyable and respectful interaction. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, bully, abuse, or intimidate other users
• Post hateful, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, violent, or unlawful content
• Share another person's personal information without permission

• Attempt to manipulate rankings, achievements, participation records, or token balances

7. User Content

You retain ownership of your User Content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, preservation of any particular feature, or permanent retention of activity records or virtual token balances.

Maintenance, security updates, technical issues, or operational decisions may affect access to the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

CanadianCrownCirclee and its content, branding, graphics, interface elements, text, software, designs, logos, and platform features are owned by us or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes.

Upon termination, your permission to use the platform ends immediately. Virtual tokens, achievements, access rights, and account-related features may be removed without compensation.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold CanadianCrownCirclee harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your User Content
• Your misuse of the platform
• Your infringement of another person's rights
